A placeholder that ships is a lie
Greyed-out logos, blurred screenshots and "client name withheld" are the same claim with the volume turned down. Once a page is live, nobody reads it as a placeholder — they read it as a customer.
A portfolio is a claim about what has already happened. We are not going to put names on this page that have not agreed to be there, or show work we have not done — so rather than fill it, we have written down what is actually here.
What is actually here is a product of our own that answers a live phone line every day, and a number you can ring right now to judge it without speaking to us first.
The line is (902) 707-6527. It answers, it books, and nobody rings you back to sell you anything.
That is the uncomfortable part. Everything a portfolio is made of costs nothing to invent, which is exactly why one on its own proves so little.
Greyed-out logos, blurred screenshots and "client name withheld" are the same claim with the volume turned down. Once a page is live, nobody reads it as a placeholder — they read it as a customer.
A percentage, a revenue figure, a count of businesses served. None of it needs to be true to fit in a box. We have none we could stand behind, so there are none anywhere on this site.
A finished customer project, and that customer's permission in writing to show it with their name on. When both exist, this page changes. Not before, and not with the name taken off.
You are entitled to be sceptical of a shop with no portfolio. The reason we say it here rather than hide it is that the alternative is asking you to trust a page we made up, which is a worse start.
Two lists. The first is running right now and you can check every line of it yourself. The second is written in the offer tense on purpose, and stays there until it is not.
Running today, on real calls
Offered, and not yet done for a customer we can name
Every one of those is described on the services pages in the offer tense — what we would do, not what we have done. That distinction is deliberate and a redesign must not merge the two lists.
They exist because the tree has these routes, and because a missing page invites a guess. Each one is honest about what it does not have.
The software we have actually written — all of it our own product, none of it built for a customer we can name. Described concretely enough that you can test the claims.
See what we have written →No images, because there is no customer project to photograph. What a gallery would need before it is worth having, and where to look instead.
See the empty gallery →No showreel and no testimonial video. There is audio, and it is our own agent on our own line — a recording of a thing that works, not of a happy customer.
See what there is to hear →If any of those three pages ever shows a client name, it means that customer agreed in writing to appear there. That is the only way anything gets onto them.
All four are things you can do before you speak to anyone, and none of them requires taking our word for something.
(902) 707-6527. Ask it something awkward. It is the same agent we would set up for you, and you will learn more in two minutes than a case study would tell you.
Go through the services pages looking for a past-tense claim about a customer. If you find one, we have broken our own rule and we want to know.
Any shop can talk well for half an hour. Ask for what it would do, what it would not do, how long and what it costs, on paper. Ours is free and yours to keep.
Do not hand anybody the whole business. Pick the single job that leaks the most money, buy that, and judge the next one on how the first went.
That last one is the real answer to a missing portfolio. A first small piece of work, done properly, tells you more than a wall of somebody else's logos — and it is how this page eventually gets something on it.
Ring the line first if you like. Then half an hour on the phone, and a written plan of what we would take off you first. Both are free, and the plan is yours whether or not you go ahead.
