A face is not evidence
Someone warm, well lit, saying it changed everything. You cannot tell from watching whether they are a customer, a friend, or paid by the hour. Neither can we, on anyone else's site.
Nobody has filmed a customer saying we changed their business, because that has not happened yet. We are not going to stage one, hire someone to read it, or cut a montage that implies it.
What is here is ours, and every card says what it is. Seven things you can play on this page — six demonstration calls built from the script our agent follows, and one ten-second film about the product. Three more slots sit further down with nothing in them, which is the honest state of them.
Better than any recording: ring it live on (902) 707-6527 and hear it handle something we did not choose.
Which is why one on its own should move you very little, from us or from anybody.

Any product looks good in a clip somebody edited. The interesting question is what it does when the caller mumbles, changes their mind, or asks for something you do not offer.
A recording is a moment we chose. A live line is a moment you choose. We would rather hand you the second one, so the number is on every page of this site.
The day a customer offers to be filmed, we will take them up on it — with their name on it, saying what they actually think, unrehearsed. Until then this page carries none.
All of them ours, and each card says on its face what it is — because six of the seven are demonstrations built from a written script, not recordings of live phone calls. That difference matters and we are not going to bury it.

An after-hours emergency. Asked what it will cost, the agent reads the call-out fee off the shop's own list and refuses to guess at the repair — then texts the plumber the address and the fact that the water is still running.

The agent hears "it drips when it rains hard", marks it an active leak so it moves up the list, asks whether it is going through insurance, and books the Thursday inspection with a text confirmation.

The detail a message-taker drops: the caller says "Mitsubishi, I think", and the agent puts the brand in the note so the tech knows what he is coming to, then asks whether the outdoor unit is behind a gate.

The first question is not the vehicle. It is "are you and anybody with you well off the road" — and only then the car, the hazards, the drop-off, and a text to the yard the second the call ends.

A caller wants to know what to say to the other driver's insurer. The agent says plainly that it is the receptionist, that it cannot advise, and that giving details does not retain the firm. Then it books the consultation.

It reads the listing sheet back exactly as the agent typed it and stops there. Whether the place is worth it, and whether the condo fee is high for the building, are opinions it hands back to the human.

What these are, exactly. Each one is the script our agent follows for that trade, spoken by two synthetic voices and cut together, so the audio and the written transcript on the trade page are the same words. They are demonstrations of behaviour, not captured phone calls, and nobody in them is a real caller. The unedited version is the live line — (902) 707-6527 — where you pick what it has to handle.

The cut that runs on the homepage. A presenter to camera saying what the receptionist is for — our words about our own product, and nothing beyond that.
CreditPresenter to camera, our script. The person on screen is not a customer and no delivered work is claimed in it.
One card, because there is one film. The two empty columns beside it are not a layout accident — that is the true size of what we have shot, and it is better looking at than a row padded out with stock.

The live line is the only one of these we did not author. Everything in the grid above is a thing we chose and cut; the number is a thing you choose. If the two ever disagree, believe the number.
These are the cards a customer film would land in. They are built, they are numbered, and they are empty — which is a truer thing to show you than a row of stock footage would be.

Nothing has been filmed for this slot. No poster, no still, no blurred frame — because each of those reads as a thing that failed to load rather than a thing nobody has made.
Someone we actually built for, saying what they actually think, with their name on it and their permission in writing. No script from us.
StatusEmpty. Fills when the four conditions below are all true.

The delivered thing being used by the business that paid for it, recorded off their screen rather than redrawn, with whatever is on it that they are happy to show.
StatusEmpty. Needs a finished project and its owner's written yes.

Only if the customer published the figures themselves. A percentage on screen that nobody outside this shop can check is worth less than the empty card it would replace.
StatusEmpty, and the hardest of the three to fill honestly.
What we would need
What will never be here
A demonstration of our own agent is not a testimonial and we will not present it as one. That is why the six cards further up carry the credit they carry. If a future edit drops something into ALG-R01, R02 or R03, the written permission had better exist in a folder somewhere.
Do this before you book anything. If it disappoints you, you have saved yourself half an hour and it cost you a phone call.
(902) 707-6527. Do not announce yourself as a tyre-kicker. Talk to it the way a customer would, at whatever speed you actually talk.
Something a business like that would not offer. What you are testing is whether it takes a message honestly or invents an answer to keep you happy.
See whether the slot it offers is a real one and whether a confirmation turns up. That join is the part most of this kind of product gets wrong.
If it handled you well, half an hour on the phone is probably worth it. If it did not, you have learned something no video was going to tell you.
That is the whole argument for a live line over a showreel. One of them we edited, and one of them you did.
Two minutes on the line tells you more than a reel would. Then half an hour on the phone and a written plan of what we would take off you first — both free.
Booking opens an email to support@affordableleadsgeneration.ca — send a time that suits you and we will confirm it.
