Agents that work in writing

An assistant that answers on your site, in writing.

Typing rather than talking, and pointed at whatever a customer actually asks you. It answers from your own services, hours and material — not from the internet — asks what you would have asked, and writes what it learns into the same lead list you already read.

It says so when it does not know, rather than making something up. “Book a call” opens an email — send us a time that suits and we will confirm it.

Where it goes quiet

A website that cannot answer is just a brochure with a form.

People do not fill in forms at eleven at night. They ask one question, get nothing back, and go and ask somebody else the same question.

01

The form nobody fills in

Name, email, phone, message, and a promise to get back to them. It asks a stranger to do work and to wait, at the exact moment they were ready to decide.

02

The question asked after hours

Do you cover my area. Do you do this on a Saturday. How soon could someone come out. All answerable in one line, and all sat unanswered until the morning.

03

The answer that was wrong

A general-purpose chatbot will happily invent a price, a policy or an opening time. That is worse than silence, because now you have to un-say it.

The delivery path

Gather → Fence → Route → Hand over.

One verb a step, four steps, and you make the decision at every one of them. An agent is only as good as what it is allowed to say, so that gets written down first and you sign it off before anything goes on your site.

01

Gather what it may say

We collect the material it answers from — your services, your hours, your policies, the pages you already have — and turn it into something it can read. You see the list and you can cut things off it.

02

Fence off what it must never say

The other half, and the more important one. Prices you would rather quote yourself, promises about timing, anything legal or medical. It declines those and says why, rather than guessing.

03

Route where it writes

Every conversation lands somewhere you will actually read it, with what was asked and what came of it. If you already have a lead list, it writes into that one rather than starting a second.

04

Hand over when it should

When it should stop is a decision, not an accident: a question outside its list, a visitor who asks for a person, or a conversation going in circles. You set where that goes.

Where we would point one

Three shapes this usually takes.

The first one runs today. The other two are work we would deliver for you, scoped on the call and written down before anything is built.

01

The visitor on your website

Answers the question that was going to become a phone call, qualifies what the job actually is, and captures the lead with the conversation attached. This one ships today and answers from a business’s own services and hours.

02

The inbox nobody has time for

An agent that reads what arrives, sorts the enquiries from the noise, drafts the reply you would have written and leaves it for you to send. We would build this around your inbox; a draft you approve is the default, never a message sent on its own.

03

The question about your own files

What did we quote this customer last year, which supplier did that job, what does our own policy say. An agent pointed at your documents so the answer takes ten seconds instead of an afternoon. Built to order, and only over material you hand it.

The limits

What it will not do, said out loud.

Every honest version of this has a list like the one below. A page that does not print one is not claiming less, it is just leaving you to find out later.

It answers from what you gave it, and says so when it cannot.

The whole design is a fence. It answers from your material, declines what is outside it, and hands over to a person rather than filling the gap with something that sounds right. You approve the list of what it may say before it goes live, and you can change it afterwards without waiting on us.
YOUR MATERIAL ONLYDECLINES, NOT GUESSESYOU APPROVE IT
  • It answers from your services, hours and pages, and nothing else.
  • It says “I do not know” and hands over, rather than inventing an answer.
  • Every conversation is kept and readable, so you can see what it said.
  • You can change what it may say after it is live, without a rebuild.
  • It hands a visitor to a person whenever they ask for one.
  • It quotes no price you have not explicitly told it it may quote.
  • It promises no timing it cannot read from your calendar.
  • No native CRM connector — a webhook to a URL you own, and a CSV export.
  • WhatsApp is not open — built, and waiting on WhatsApp’s own verification.
The four lines at the bottom are limits. A page that prints no list like that is not claiming less — it is leaving you to find out later.
How we define progress

What gets counted, and what you end up holding.

Everything above turns into something you can open and read on your own site. No percentages anywhere on this page, on purpose — the only figures worth quoting you are the ones your own visitors produce.

What gets counted
  • Conversations held. Every one it had, kept and readable — not a tally of “chats” you cannot open.
  • What each one turned into. A lead captured with the conversation attached, or a question answered and nothing else needed.
  • Handovers. The ones it passed to a person, and what was being asked when it did.
  • What it would not answer. The questions that fell outside what you allowed it to say, sitting in the conversation where you can see them.
  • What people actually asked. In their own words — so the question you keep getting becomes a list instead of a feeling.
What you end up holding
  • The list of what it may say. Your services, hours, policies and pages, approved by you, and changeable after it is live without a rebuild.
  • The list of what it must never say. Prices you would rather quote yourself, promises about timing, anything legal or medical.
  • Every conversation. Kept and readable, attached to the lead it produced, in the lead list you already read rather than a second one.
  • The leads, and the way out of them. A webhook to a URL you own and a CSV export — there is no native connector, and this page says so above.
Not one of those is a promise about how many. There is no answer rate, no response time and no conversion figure on this page — the website agent runs today, but the numbers worth showing you are the ones your own site produces, and they do not exist until it is on it.

Bring us the question you answer forty times a week.
