What hair salons & barbers actually get asked

She can answer these

In your caller's language, in your business's own words โ€” not a menu, not a voicemail.

โ€œDo you have anything today?โ€
โ€œHow much for a cut and colour?โ€
โ€œDo you take walk-ins?โ€
โ€œWho is available this week?โ€
What you get back

The calls you are losing today

โœ“Bookings taken while you are cutting
โœ“The diary filled without stopping mid-cut
โœ“A record of everyone who called, not just the ones you caught
A call she takes for hair salons & barbers

What your caller hears

She reads your own services, prices and hours, so she answers the way you would.

Caller

Hi, do you have anything today? I need a cut and my roots done.

Your receptionist

Let me check the book. Can I get your name and the number you are calling from?

Caller

Jess. This number is fine.

Your receptionist

Thanks Jess. Cut and colour with a particular stylist, or whoever is free?

Caller

Whoever is free. What does a cut and colour run to?

Your receptionist

I have the salon's price list in front of me, so I can tell you exactly what they charge for that. Nothing gets guessed at.

Caller

That is fine. Late afternoon would be best.

Your receptionist

Booked for late afternoon today. A text with the time is on its way, and the salon will see your name, your number and that it is a cut and colour.

Hear one

A scripted demonstration for hair salons & barbers, not a recording of a customer call: the business, the caller and any prices in it are made up, and the caller is voiced. What is real is the receptionist, and you can hear her live on the demo line above.

On every call

What she writes down

Name and the number they are calling from.
The service they asked for: a cut, a colour, a fade, a beard trim, a blow dry.
Whether they want a particular stylist or whoever is free.
When they can come, and the appointment she put in the calendar.
Straight answers

What hair salons & barbers ask us

Someone calls about a reaction to colour, or gets hurt in the chair. What does she do?

She is a receptionist, not a clinician, and she will not pretend otherwise. She gives no medical advice about a burn, a reaction or an injury. If a caller describes an emergency she tells them to hang up and call emergency services, or reads them the instruction you typed in for exactly that.

Will she quote colour prices?

She reads your price list, the one you type in at setup, and she never invents a number. If someone asks about something not on it, extensions say, she takes a message instead of guessing and tells you the question came up.

Sometimes I do want to take the call myself.

On the higher plans she can put a caller through to a person. Otherwise she takes the booking or the message and texts it to you the moment the call ends, so you read it when your hands are free instead of mid cut.

How it works

Three steps, and you keep your number

No new handset, no app for your customers, nothing to learn.

๐Ÿ“ž

Forward your line

Keep the number on your van and your cards. Unanswered calls roll to her.

๐Ÿ—“๏ธ

She books it

She answers, asks what you would ask, and puts the job in your calendar.

๐Ÿ“ฒ

You get the lead

Name, number and what they wanted โ€” texted to you, and in your CRM.
