Why do you price in calls instead of minutes?

Because a "250 minute" plan buys about 100 calls, and minutes sound more generous than they are. We tell you the number of calls up front. A call counts as one call for anything up to 10 minutes; past that, and past your included calls, it is $0.18 a minute of talk time. Spam and robocalls never count against your plan, and neither does anything under 15 seconds — a wrong number or a hang-up is not a call you pay for. Your dashboard shows calls and minutes used live, so there is never a surprise bill.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. You keep your number. Calls you miss forward to it, so you can run this alongside your current answering service before you switch anything over.

English and Français on every plan. Pro and above add nine more — ਪੰਜਾਬੀ, हिन्दी, Español, Deutsch, Português, Italiano, Nederlands, Русский and 日本語 — eleven in total. She mirrors the caller’s language from their first words, so you never set it per caller.

Can it book into my calendar?

Yes. It checks your real availability, books the slot, texts the caller a confirmation, and sends a reminder the night before with a link to change or cancel. Bookings sync instantly to Google Calendar, and Apple Calendar and Outlook can subscribe to a live calendar feed so they stay up to date too, on their own refresh schedule.
