The pain that made them call does not wait for office hours

Someone tweaks their back on Saturday morning. They search, they call, and the first clinic that answers gets a course of treatment worth months of visits โ€” not just one appointment.

What physio & chiro clinics actually get asked

She can answer these

In your caller's language, in your business's own words โ€” not a menu, not a voicemail.

โ€œDo I need a referral?โ€
โ€œDo you direct bill?โ€
โ€œHow soon can I get in?โ€
โ€œDo you treat sports injuries?โ€
What you get back

The calls you are losing today

โœ“Weekend and evening calls answered
โœ“First appointments booked without a callback
โœ“Every enquiry written down, even the ones who do not book

What your caller hears

She reads your own services, prices and hours, so she answers the way you would.

Caller

I did my lower back in on Saturday. Do I need a referral to be seen?

Your receptionist

No referral needed for an initial assessment here. Can I take your name and the best number for you?

Caller

Dev Kaur, and this number is fine.

Your receptionist

Thanks Dev. Do you want it direct billed? If so, tell me the insurer and I will put it on the booking for the front desk to check.

Caller

Yes, it is through my work plan. How soon can someone see me?

Your receptionist

There is an initial assessment Monday morning, or a spot Tuesday after lunch.

Caller

Monday morning works.

Your receptionist

Booked for Monday morning, Dev. A confirmation text is coming. I have written down that it is your lower back and that you want it direct billed. I do not give treatment advice, so the therapist will go through all of that with you.

Hear one

A scripted demonstration for physio & chiro clinics, not a recording of a customer call: the business, the caller and any prices in it are made up, and the caller is voiced. What is real is the receptionist, and you can hear her live on the demo line above.

On every call

What she writes down

Name and callback number, taken first so nothing is lost if the call drops.
New to the clinic or a returning patient.
What they said brought them in, in their own words, and whether they asked about a referral.
Which insurer they want billed, and the appointment booked or the times they said they could come.
Straight answers

What physio & chiro clinics ask us

Can she tell someone whether they should be seen or just rest it?

No. She books and takes messages. She does not assess an injury, does not advise anyone about pain and does not promise any result from treatment. If a caller describes an emergency, she tells them to hang up and call emergency services or follow the emergency instruction you gave her at setup.

Will she quote what a session costs, or what an insurer covers?

She reads out your own price list and your own answers, the ones you type in at setup. She never invents a price and she does not guess at coverage. Anything you have not given her becomes a message and a note to you.

Most of my missed calls come in on the weekend.

Those are the ones she answers. She picks up the calls you miss, around the clock, evenings and weekends included, books the assessment into your Google Calendar and texts the caller a confirmation. The lead reaches your phone the moment the call ends.

How it works

Three steps, and you keep your number

No new handset, no app for your customers, nothing to learn.

๐Ÿ“ž

Forward your line

Keep the number on your van and your cards. Unanswered calls roll to her.

๐Ÿ—“๏ธ

She books it

She answers, asks what you would ask, and puts the job in your calendar.

๐Ÿ“ฒ

You get the lead

Name, number and what they wanted โ€” texted to you, and in your CRM.
